Abstract
New innovations in Industry 4.0 have become a critical factor for success. Employees are required
to be constantly prepared and innovative in responding to changes in the era and technological
advancements through their innovative work behavior, thereby generating innovation. This study
aims to explain the effect of workforce agility on innovative work behavior, with co-worker support
as a moderating variable. The research design is non-experimental, involving 292 creative
economy practitioners. The sampling technique employed is Convenience Sampling. The research
instruments include the Innovative Work Behavior Scale, the Workforce Agility Questionnaire,
and the Co-worker Support Scale. Data analysis is conducted using Moderated Regression
Analysis (MRA). The results indicate a positive effect of workforce agility on innovative work
behavior; however, co-worker support does not play a moderating role in the relationship between
workforce agility and innovative work behavior.
