EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM REHABILITASI RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI (RTLH) DI KELURAHAN SISIR KOTA BATU

Social welfare problems occur in Batu City, which is one of the cities in East Java Province. Many Batu City residents experience economic problems that cause their needs to be unmet, which disrupts social welfare. The Batu City Social Service (Dinsos) noted that there were additional recipients of the Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation (RTLH) program in 2022. The Batu City Government through the Batu City Social Service has implemented the Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation program which aims to support the improvement of environmental conditions to make them more suitable.In this study, a research method with a descriptive approach is used. Through this method, researchers will collect data that describe objectively and accurately the characteristics, conditions, and dynamics of social problems in the area. Data were collected using interview, observation and document techniques. The results of this research and discussion have a discussion, namely the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Program in Sisir District, Batu City. This effectiveness is measured based on the concept of Budiani with 4 criteria, namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring.
The Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Program (RTLH) for Beneficiary Families (KPM) has been implemented effectively. This success shows that the Batu City Government has good performance. The implementation of uninhabitable house rehabilitation in the implementation of development as an effort to improve community welfare has also been quite good in improving uninhabitable house development programs, by implementing the meaning of leadership values as they should be.
