Abstract

Education is one of human needs in daily life. While the biology of
learning is an effort to convey a teacher in biological sciences and their
application to daily life. In biology learning process needed varied and interesting
learning resources in order to increase interest and understanding of students in a
credible form of learning. Limitations of varied and interesting learning resources
on material structure and function of plant tissue will influence students' interest
and understanding is also limited in the learning process.
This research was conducted to produce learning resources in the form of
e-learning of the structure and function of plant tissues that are efficient and
varied with a high level of validity. The learning resources developed are also
expected to be able to increase students' interest and understanding of learning in
the learning process. The research method used is the Research and Development
(R&D) method. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIA/IPA
SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 BLITAR. In this development research, the
researcher used a saturated sampling technique where all students were used as
research samples, namely 30 students who would be the subjects of this research
trial. These students will provide responses and input on e-learning. After being
declared feasible by material experts and media experts, the e-learning learning
media with Moodle was tested on students. the number of assessment scores
based on large group trial data involving 30 students with 17 indicators was 2323
with an average assessment of 4.5. Referring to the table of conversion result
guidelines, the criteria for e-learning learning media with Moodle according to
student assessments are very good
