Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between extroverted and
introverted personalities and academic performance in individuals in the
early adulthood stage. Extroverted and introverted personalities are often
identified as factors that might influence a person's academic
achievement during college. This research method involves collecting
data from students at various universities in the early adulthood stage
through personality questionnaires and academic records. Statistical
analysis was used to determine the relationship between levels of
extroversion/introversion and academic achievement. It is hoped that the
research results will provide better insight into how personality
characteristics can influence academic performance at this important
stage in individual development. The implications of this research can
help develop educational programs that are more effective and tailored
to the needs of students in the early adulthood stage.
