Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the world of education. Face-to-face learning is now an online activity.
However, the learning material for practical exercises is often an obstacle. This research aims to see the effect
of problem-based learning-based polysynchronous learning to improve practical learning outcomes at SMP
Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang. This type of research is Quasy Experiment, quantitative research
approach, and research design using a non-equivalent post-test control group design. The population is all
students of SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang, a sample of two classes in grade 2 students. Data
collection techniques are pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique was carried out using One-way
Anacova statistics. This study indicates that problem-based learning polysynchronous learning activities in
class 7A students can improve student practicum learning outcomes.
