Abstract
The job satisfaction felt by employees begins with good interpersonal relationships between fellow employees and with leaders. A leader needs to understand employee behavior in order to apply an appropriate leadership style so as to create work enthusiasm, creativity and work comfort for employees. With good interpersonal relationships, good communication can also arise between employees and leaders and employees. Good or effective communication can be seen from the attitude of leaders who are open, empathetic, supportive, positive and feel equal to employees. The existence of routine evaluations carried out by leaders on employees is also an illustration of the effectiveness of the leader's interpersonal communication. This research aims to determine the relationship between leadership interpersonal communication and employee job satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Kraksaan. This research uses quantitative with a correlational approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 55 respondents with the criteria of active workers working at PT. Pegadaian Kraksaan. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out using the Spearman's rho correlation test, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between leadership interpersonal communication and employee job satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Kraksaan. The implication of this research is that leaders and employees can maximize the responsibilities they carry so that they can work together towards the company's vision and mission.
