Abstract
Technological developments are growing rapidly. The era of technological development has a strong influence on people's lives and demands that all people master and utilize technology. The development of this technology also has various positive and negative impacts, one of the positive impacts is that people can easily access various kinds of information. Currently, many information source platforms have begun to be developed, one of which is a website. Websites are information and communication media for widespread dissemination of the latest information. Websites are also often used for their existence, one of which is in the world of education. The UMM Informatics Study Program utilizes websites to disseminate information. The Informatics Study Program also provides services via the website to support its vision and mission. One of the Informatics Study Program service websites is SIM PKN-MBKM. When using the PKN-MBKM SIM website, the quality is also maintained so that it can provide comfort to users. The aim of this research is to determine the performance and recommendation results of the SIM PKN-MBKM website. The method used in this research is automated software testing using GTMetrix, Pingdom, Website Grader. The results of the three testing software will be compared to produce recommendations on the PKN-MBKM SIM website. The results of the performance test of the SIM PKN-MBKM website using GTMetrix at grade E level with a score of 51%, Pingdom at grade D level with a score of 70%, and Website Grader at level C produced a score of 79%. The performance results from the PKN-MBKM SIM website have different values.
