HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA FISIK PERAWAT DENGAN PROSES TIMBANG TERIMA DI RUMAH SAKIT PRIMA HUSADA MALANG

The physical workload of nurses is a nurse's activity by using her
physical to perform nursing actions. The hndover process already has a separate SOP
in the hospital. This SOP will support if there is a misperception or unsustainable
information. The physical workload is heavy, so the implementation of the
consideration is considered time consuming. Research purposive: Analyzing the
relationship of physical workload nurses with handover process in Rumah Sakit Prima
Husada Malang. Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic, quantitative
research data. Purposive sampling technique and total sampling technique. Data
analyzed with IBM SPSS 22 software, using the Spearman rank test with a value of a
= 5% (0.05). Result: Significant value (sig) or p value 0.04 <0.05, and a correlation
coefficient value of 0.982. So it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation
between the variables being linked. The correlation coefficient value is 0.982, which
means that the strength of the relationship is very strong. Conclution: The result of
te study indicate that there is a relationship between physical workload and handover
process.
