ANALISIS SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN KESEHATAM KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN (SMK3L) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GLAMPING MALANG DREAMLAND

This research was conducted to find out the K3 management system on the Malang Dreamland Glamping Development project. Risk identification and potential identification are factors to find out the causes of work accidents. Implementation and monitoring of risk control are factors to know the implementation of K3 at the project location to reduce the occurrence of work accidents.
The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires to experts from the implementing contractor team and workforce, interviews with the head of the K3 team, and field observations. Data processing to test research variables uses validation tests and reliability tests, and the results of respondent questionnaires calculate the relative importance index (IKR). Results of direct observations to assess the implementation of risk controls carried out at the project location with explanations from the head of the K3 team.
The results of the research analysis include the risks and potential for work accidents, and the implementation and supervision of control activities. From the results of the analysis of respondents' answers and the results of direct observations, minor work accidents, scratched feet or hands often occur because some workers are not careful when working. The K3 management system in the Malang Dreamland Glamping Development project is quite good by implementing the planned K3 work program from identifying risks and hazards, implementing K3, and controlling risks.
