Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the E-learning Madrasah that
was implemented by MTsN 4 Malang during the COVID-19 assessment period and to provide
usage recommendations based on the results of the evaluation. The current research utilizes the
End-User Computing Satisfaction approach to collect data in order to enhance the efficiency of
the E-learning Madrasah system. Based on a purposive sampling methodology, a total of 101
respondents from MTsN 4 Malang from grade 7, grade 8, and grade 9 filled out the research
instrument in this report. 30 respondents (29.7 percent) were grade 7 students, 35 (34.7 percent)
were grade 8 students, and 36 respondents were grade 9 students (35.6 percent). All respondents
are active students for the 2020/2021 school year. According to the findings of this report, four of
the five aspects of the EUCS approach can still be improved so that students can better carry out
learning activities even though they are done online. The recommendations made to the school
are based on the Ministry of Education and Culture's Distance Learning implementation
guidelines.
