Abstract
In facilitating borrowing related to the Auditoroium at the University of Muhammadiyah
Malang, the equipment requires an auditorium borrowing system to collect loan data. However,
the problem of this research is that the equipment still uses the manual system in making
borrowing which is less efficient. Therefore, a loan management system is needed to facilitate the
equipment in processing loan data collection. The purpose of this research is to create an
auditorium borrowing management system that can simplify the borrowing process. The system
development uses the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) method which has two iterations
and five phases, namely Requirement, Planning, Iteration initialization, System testing and
Retrospective. The flow of the stage of working on this system first gets the client's needs then
determines the estimated time based on the discussion between the client and the developer. It
was found that there was a change in the processing time of the system where there were features
that had a longer processing time than the existing estimated time. PXP has produced a system
that meets client requirements despite changes during the manufacturing process.
