Abstract

Ovariohysterectomy (OH) is the most common surgical technique performed on female cats by making an incision in the pelvis with two surgical methods, namely the flank method and the midline method. Ovariohysterectomy has an effect on changes in cat behavior, this is because with ovariohysterectomy reproductive hormones decrease so that cats are calmer, stress has been minimized. Ovariohysterectomy has an effect on changes in cat behavior, this is because with ovariohysterectomy reproductive hormones decrease so that cats are calmer, stress has been minimized. Journals published in Scopus indexed articles aim to obtain trends in the number of publications, various research designs, various competencies of Ovariohysterectomy (OH) on the behavior of female cats. The data results show results that do not experience significant development. Publication trends show that there is a gap in research each year and the number of studies does not grow.
