Abstract
The snack food industry continues to face new challenges and opportunities along with dynamic changes in the consumer market. In carrying out its business, the industry in which this research is conducted has not carried out an analysis of the feasibility of its production from a financial perspective, knowing the feasibility of its production. The aim of this research is to analyze the cash flow of jackfruit chips processing and analyze the feasibility of producing jackfruit chips in the Levina jackfruit chips industry. This research uses quantitative analysis methods to determine cash flow data analysis (Cashflow) for processing jackfruit chips and analysis of the financial feasibility of Levina's business in accordance with business feasibility criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP ), Profitability Index (PI) and sensitivity analysis. Based on the research results, the total investment is IDR 897,085,000, O&M is IDR 18,732,314,733 and Benefit is IDR 24,069,696,000. The results of the financial feasibility analysis based on the investment criteria used are NPV 2,709,526,073 > 0, IRR 39.27% > 6%, PI 4.34 > 1, Payback Period of 3 years 11 months 9 days and results of sensitivity analysis in the chips processing business "LEVINA" jackfruit showed that the decline in sales of jackfruit chips was more sensitive when compared to the increase in raw material prices.
