ANALISIS KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN TAHUN 2012-2022

Economic development is one way to improve people's welfare, where economic growth is the indicator. This research aims to determine the influence of Population Growth Rate, Per Capita Income, and Poverty Level on the Human Development Index of city districts in South Kalimantan Province in 2012 - 2022. The type of data used in this research is secondary data taken from the annual report of the Central Statistics Agency from 2012 to 2022. The method in this research uses panel data regression analysis. The results of this research are that the Occupation Growth Rate partially has a significant effect on the Human Development Index, Per Capita Income partially has a significant effect on the Human Development Index, and the Poverty Level partially has a significant effect on the Human Development Index.
