Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important aspect that reflects employee behavior in companies, where dissatisfaction with work can affect their performance and welfare. There are five main aspects of employee job satisfaction, namely salary, promotion, supervision, coworkers, and work. Therefore, the aim of this research is to see a picture of employee job satisfaction at CV YZ. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Instrument in research JSQ (job satisfaction questionnaire). The analysis technique used descriptive quantitative, which describes problems that occur in the present or ongoing research that describes variables as they are, supported by data in the form of numbers. The results of data analysis show that employee job satisfaction with salary reached 15.64%, promotion 21.38%, supervision 20.33%, coworkers 22.00%, and the job itself 20.65%. Positive interactions and support from coworkers can improve overall employee well-being and satisfaction. The implication of this research is to strengthen teamwork programs by holding team-building events, and creating an inclusive and collaborative work culture. In this way, it can encourage collaboration between colleagues to share progress and challenges faced. By conducting regular job satisfaction surveys to identify and address potential problems before they become reasons for employees to leave.
