PERAN UNITED NATIONS HIGH COMMISIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS(OHCHR) DALAM PENANGANAN PELANGGARAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA OLEH ISRAEL TERHADAP PALESTINA 2018-2022

This research is entitled The Role of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Handling Human Rights Violations by Israel Against Palestine 2018-2022. This research topic discusses the role of OHCHR in the issue of Human Rights (HAM) in the Palestinian and Israeli conflicts. This is based on International Organization theory based on three main variables in looking at the role of OHCHR in Human Rights in the Palestinian and Israeli conflicts. These variables are instruments, actors, and arenas. The second theory in this research is Human Rights which is used to view Israel's actions towards Palestine. The research method used is descriptive and uses library research in collection techniques including theses, journals, reports, books, and also articles. The results of this research show that OHCHR has roles such as being an independent organization, being a place for discussion, and being an organization for policy advocacy to protect human rights. Israel also carried out serious human rights actions, namely Apartheid.
