Abstract
Employees have an important role in the sustainability of a company or organization, but sometimes there is still a sense of dissatisfaction from employees with the work they currently have. The existence of a desire to move because of the minimal gratitude of the employees makes the company or organization experience difficulties in the sustainability of the company. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect between gratitude on turnover intention in generation-z employees with a sample size of 164 people. This research uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. The research instruments used were the Indonesian Version of the Gratitude Scale and the TIS-14 turnover intention. This research hypothesis test uses a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 25 for windows with a value of 0.022 <0.05, so there is an influence between gratitude on turnover intention. While the R Square value is obtained at 0.032 which means that gratitude has an influence on turnover intention. Based on the research, it was found that gratitude has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention in generation z employees.
