Abstract
The UPR Peat Science and Technology and Innovation Development Center building is an 8-story building built on an area of approximately 30,000 m2, and with a height of 33 m, tall buildings need to be supported with a strong foundation. From the structural calculations above, the largest load that occurs is obtained on Grid E-4 with Pu = 506 tons. Based on soil data that the depth of the Franky Pile Type bore pile foundation is planned to be 18 m with a bore pile dimension of 60 cm and a pile tip dimension of 80 cm, the bearing capacity is obtained at 168.94 tons / pile and per group on Grid E-4 with an efficiency of 71.71%, the bearing capacity is obtained at 512.7 tons > Pu = 506 tons. And the results of pile cap planning on the drill pile used D22-100 type 1 foundation pile cap reinforcement for x and y direction reinforcement, D10-200 shear reinforcement is used, 1D19-150 shrinkage reinforcement is used for foundation type 2 and 2D16-200 for foundation type 1. With a diameter of 4.00 m x 4.00 m x 1.00 m for foundation type 1 pile cap. While the reinforcement of drill piles for the 60 cm drill pile dimension and 80 cm pile tip dimension uses 10D19 mm longitudinal reinforcement and D13-100 mm spiral reinforcement. And from the settlement calculation results, the largest settlement is 3.319 cm in Grid E-4.
