Abstract
The building structure consists of 2 parts, namely the upper structure and the lower structure. The pile foundation is one type of deep foundation that is commonly used as the foundation of buildings such as bridges, high-rise buildings, factories, industrial buildings, towers, etc. Gloria Grand Pakuwon Christian School is one form of high-rise building. The 6-story building is 30.5 meters high and 17.9 meters wide. The floor use load is based on SNI 1727:2019 and analyzed with the supporting applicationSSap 2000 v14.2.2. The existing condition of the foundation is a pile foundation. In this thesis, it is planned to use spun pile type piles. Based on the results of the analysis and calculation of the loading of the upper structure, the largest loadPPu = 3594.878 kN is obtained. For the calculation of foundation support capacity, the foundation depth is planned to be 40 meters deep with a diameter of 0.8 meters and where per group with 2 piles with an efficiency of 89.7%, a support capacity of 5375.17 kN is obtained, while for 1 pile with an efficiency of 1oo%, a support capacity of 2995.64 kN is obtained. pile cap reinforcement uses D19-150 mm shrinkage D19-150 mm reinforcement. The largest immediate settlement was 0.00305 m and the largest consolidation settlement was 0.02715 m.
