Perancangan User Interface Aplikasi Rehabilitasi Pecandu Narkoba Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking (Studi Kasus: Klinik Pratama BNNK Tabalong)

Drug use has become a disturbing social and public health problem in many countries. Drug addicts are not only at risk of experiencing serious health problems, but also have a negative impact on the family, social environment and society as a whole. Tabalong Regency BNNK (National Narcotics Agency) Pratama Clinic, founded in 2019, has provided rehabilitation services for more than 50 patients. The services offered include outpatient rehabilitation for drug addict victims and the issuance of a Drug Free Certificate (SKBN). Based on an interview with a Tabalong BNNK officer, it is known that patient rehabilitation registration must be done directly by filling out a form before taking the assessment to determine rehabilitation eligibility. Next, the clinic team will contact the patient to arrange an outpatient counseling schedule. To increase time efficiency for patients, this research uses the Design Thinking method to explore user problems and needs, and develop application interface design solutions. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method is used as the final stage of system testing developed through the Design Thinking process, which focuses on user needs and problem analysis. The result of this research is an application prototype design which was tested on 5 users using the System Usability Scale (SUS) testing method. Testing the application prototype resulted in a score of 80%, which indicates that the Sirehab application prototype design can provide a solution and can meet the needs of application users.
