Abstract

Malang city is one of the cities in East Java province which is nicknamed the student city. As a metropolitan city, the need for primary housing is very necessary, with vertical housing it will maximize land use. The Futurum suite building is an 8-storey building in the precast concrete category in the 2022 KBGI championship and won 3rd place with a vibrating table testing frequency of 1.5 Hz - 5.5 Hz. Apart from that, it also won sustainable material innovation by adding carbon fiber to the concrete mix. This building uses an earthquake resisting system in the form of a intermediate moment resisting frame (SPRMM) because it was planned for a tall building with earthquake analysis using the equivalent static method. Planning will refer to SNI 2847-2019 concerning structural concrete requirements for buildings and SNI 1726-2019 concerning procedures for earthquake resistance planning for building and non-building structures. The building was re-planned with dimensions of 1:50 using beams measuring 35/45 cm, and columns measuring 60/70 cm, floor plates 150 mm thick, roof plates 120 mm thick and a building height of 28 m. Based on this plan, the largest plastic deviation between floors is 1,7 mm, which is smaller than the permit deviation of 70 mm. From the analysis results it can be seen that the value of θ ≤ 0.10. So in structural analysis, the influence of P-Δ is not taken into account.
