PENGARUH BUDAYA TERHADAP MINAT SOSIAL REMAJA DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN

Adolescents are a group that tends to be influenced by the environment, including cultural influences. And culture has a significant impact on various aspects of social life, including individual participation in social activities. This study examines the influence of collective culture on social interest, considering the moderating role of gender. The social interest variable is the main focus in this context, influenced by the collective culture factor which is one of the main independent variables. This study aims to examine the extent to which collective culture affects social interest, as well as to explore how gender can moderate this relationship. The data collection method used Probability Sampling. The research subjects were 120 students aged 15-19 years. The measuring instruments used are culture scale and social interest scale. Data analysis tests using regression moderation showed no effect of culture on social interest (p=0.591) and gender did not moderate culture on adolescent social interest.
