Abstract
Job resources play an important role in increasing work engagement so that employees can fully engage themselves in their work. Work engagement is characterized by vigor, dedication and absorption to work. This research aims to find out the impact of job resources on job attachment in Generation Z. The research method uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. Subjects in this study were 192 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses non probability that purposive samplings. The scale used in this study is the job resources scale with 12 aitems and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17) with16 Aitems. Data processing on this study uses spss software version 25. This study uses simple linier regression analysis to find out the impact between job resourcess on job attachment. The results of this study showed that job resourcess influenced the Z-generation attachment with a significance value of 0,000 (p < 0.05) with a regression coefficient value of 0.618, pointing to a positive influence.
