Abstract

Things that can shape consumer satisfaction include the quality of the product, the quality of the service provided, and the price that has been set. This research aims to analyze the influence of price, service quality, product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Dewi Ambon photo studio. This research uses a type of survey research using a quantitative approach. The independent variables in this research are price (X1), service quality (X2) and product quality (X3), while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction (Y). Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that prices at Dewi Photo Studio do not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction who use Dewi Ambon photo studio services. Service quality has a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers who use the services of the Dewi Ambon photo studio and product quality does not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers who use the services of the Dewi Ambon Photo Studio.
