IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENDAFTARAN TANAH SECARA ELEKTRONIK (STUDI DI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN MALANG)

This study explores the implementation of the Electronic Land Registration System
(Case Study at the Land Office of Malang Regency). Through interviews with
resource persons at the Land Office of Malang Regency, it was found that the
implementation of the electronic certificate policy provides stronger legal certainty,
speeds up the registration process, and reduces bureaucracy. However, there are
public concerns about data validity and security. To address this, the National Land
Agency (BPN) has implemented security measures such as land data validation and
the use of advanced technologies like digital signatures and QR codes. The
procedure includes document preparation, online service access, verification by
BPN officers, and issuance of electronic certificates. The results of the study
indicate that although this system improves efficiency and transparency, it is
important to continue enhancing public trust through better data management and
education about electronic security
