ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM PETANI MANDIRI (PPM) DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

In an effort to ease the burden on farmers while increasing the productivity of rice agricultural products, the Bojonegoro Regency Government provides capital assistance for labeled seeds and non-subsidized compound fertilizer in the Mandiri Petanı Program. This research aims to analyze the impact of providing assistance on farmer productivity, which is a common problem experienced by farmers, namely the high price of fertilizer and the lack of subsidies from the government to farmers and the government providing policies for farmer welfare. This research will provide an overview of how the implementation of the Independent Farmer Program policy is beneficial for farmers in Sidomukti Village, Kepohbaru District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method uses qualitative methods. The data sources in this research are primary data and use secondary data. Data collection techniques involve observing, interviewing and documenting several research subjects involved in implementing the Independent Farmer Program. In the Independent Farmer Program there is a bureaucratic compliance stage stipulated in the law to create effective and efficient services for the farming community. Apart from that, routine distribution is one of the requirements so that this program is sustainable for the farming community and in implementing this program there will of course be an impact on the entire community, especially those who work as farmers in Sidomukti Village.
