Abstract
This study examines the influence of minimum investment capital, financial behavior, and financial experience on investment decisions partially and simultaneously of private employees in Malang City. This study was conducted using quantitative methods. The data used in this study are primary data derived from survey methods that apply offline and online questionnaires via Google Form. The data collection technique in this study was through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who were categorized as private employees in Malang City from 5 sub-districts. The sampling technique used in the study was proportional random sampling to obtain a representative sample. Data analysis in this study was carried out using a measuring instrument, namely SPSS software version 27. The results of the analysis show that Minimum Investment Capital, Financial Behavior and Financial Experience have a positive and significant effect on Investment Decisions. In addition, simultaneously the variables of minimum investment capital, financial behavior, and financial experience have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. This study provides insight into the complexity of the factors that shape the Investment Decisions of private employees in Malang City.
