Abstract
A foundation is a structure located at the bottom of a building that interacts directly with the soil layer, or the inside of a building that is located below the ground surface. The purpose of this planning is to determine the magnitude of the values and forces acting, plan the depth and dimensions of the foundation, plan the design and reinforcement of the pile cap, and determine the magnitude of the settlement that occurs. Reviewing the soil data at the planning location shows that the cone pressure has reached 200 kg/cm2 at a depth of 16.40 m for point S.01, a depth of 13 m for point S.02 and a depth of 11.60 m for point S.03, which means Hard soil is located at depths below 10 m so the use of pile foundations is considered efficient and suitable. Calculation of the bearing capacity of the pile uses the Guy Sangrelat method for sondir soil data. Based on the planning results, the pile dimensions were obtained with a diameter of 0.6 m and a planned length of pile depth of 17 m. The carrying capacity is obtained at 1260 tons. The largest decrease that occurred was 0.17 cm. The foundation uses 15D19 reinforcement for longitudinal reinforcement and D10-70 mm for spiral reinforcement. The pile cap used is 1.2 m thick and uses D25-125 mm reinforcement.
