Abstract
In building a building required a careful planning, because there are a variety of activities in it so that in later for its implementation can be smoothly and on time. To plan a budget, time and good human resources required accuracy, in general, the project will benefit if the schedule can be made optimally. And that is the optimal time schedule established as the shortest time possible to complete the task with the smallest cost. Factors affecting, among others; time settlement, equitable distribution of resources and shape of the curve - S as desired. At the final stage it was concluded that the project completion time 329 days / 12 months (16 January 2006 - December 20, 2006) with total cost Rp.25.660.301.886, -. (excluding VAT 10%).
