ANALISIS VARIABEL PENENTU PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA INDUSTRI MIKRO DAN KECIL DI PULAU JAWA

Micro and small industries have an important role in the economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the number of industries and the production value of micro and small industries and UMP on labor absorption in Java Island. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis with a random-effect. The results showed that the variable number of industries and production value of micro and small industries had a positive and significant effect on labor absorptiont in Java Island. Meanwhile, UMP has a negative and insignificant effect on labor absorption in Java Island.
