Abstract

This study deals with the implementation of competitive advantage strategies through primary services at Sparkling Global Corporindo in Malang, an event organizer company that has been operating since 2013. The research methods used are qualitative approaches that are descriptive analysis. Despite the challenges and constraints, the company is capable of acting quickly and responding to the needs of its clients. In the face of increasingly competitive business competition, PT. Sparkling Global Corporindo has successfully implemented various aspects of competitive advantage through premium service. These aspects include price, quality control given, reliable delivery, event innovation, and time to market. However, sustained improvement is still needed, mainly through technology and digitization to market products, team training and direct judgment from clients and event participants.
