PERAN PRODUSER DALAM FILM DOKUMENTER “ALIH/LAHAN”

The documentary film titled "Alih/Lahan" tells about the events of the conversion of agricultural land functions that occurred in Batu City, especially Bumiaji Village. Bumiaji Village used to be one of the villages that made apples as its biggest commodity. However, over time and due to several factors such as temperature, and land conversion, apple productivity began to be replaced. In addition, the next problem faced by the community, especially farmers in Bumiaji Village, is the lack of regeneration of young farmers who will preserve agricultural lands in Bumiaji Village. The purpose of creating a documentary film "Alih/Lahan" is to educate the people in Bumiaji Village on the importance of the role of the agricultural sector and anticipate the land conversion that occurs in Bumiaji Village so that the natural potential in the village can be utilized properly. The method used by the author to create a documentary film "Alih/Lahan" consists of Pre-Production (Issue Research, Story Ideas, Field Research, Planning Draft In-depth Interviews, Observation and Location Research, and segmentation), Production (Shooting and Time Schedule), to Post-Production, namely the editing and publication process. The Documentary Film "Alih/Lahan" tells about the problem of agricultural land conversion that occurs in Bumiaji Village, the farmers are concerned about the people who are no longer farmers. Because according to them, if this problem is not resolved, the impact will be felt in the future. In making the documentary film "Alih/Lahan", the author involved several resource persons to be interviewed. Through these interviews, the interviewees explained the problems that occurred in Bumiaji village. The documentary with the title Alih/Lahan is expected to be a reminder to young farmers to take part in preserving agricultural land in Bumiaji village and can continue the agricultural traditions that already exist in the village.
