EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PUSAT PEMBELAJARAN KELUARGA (PUSPAGA) DALAM MEMINIMALISIR KEKERASAN TERHADAP PEREMPUAN DAN ANAK DI KOTA BATU

In Batu City until mid-2023, violence against women and children is considered relatively high. Support from various parties is needed so that there is no more violence against children. The PUSPAGA “Bhakti Pertiwi” program in reality is unable to minimize violence against women and children. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the PUSPAGA program in minimizing violence against women and children in Batu City.
In this study, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach method, and researchers decided to adopt the theory of policy evaluation according to W. Dunn which was used as a reference for evaluation indicators of the implementation of the PUSPAGA program in minimizing violence against women and children in Batu City. The results showed that overall, the PUSPAGA Program can be said to be quite effective and efficient because it has a considerable positive impact in minimizing violence against women and children in Batu City.
This can be seen from the increasing number of cases of violence does not mean that it is a bad thing, but PUSPAGA is successful or able to make people dare to report cases of violence experienced. With this PUSPAGA program, it is hoped that it can resolve and minimize cases of violence that occur throughout Batu City and can have a good influence on the community on the importance of parenting related to the prohibition of violence.
