Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention, as well as to find out the description of the Work Environment, Compensation and Turnover Intention at PT Prasmanindo Boga Utama (PBU). The employee population was 135 employees. Using the Slovin sampling technique, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the Work Environment scale range include good categories, high compensation and low turnover intention. The results of the regression analysis show that the Work Environment and Compensation have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention.
