Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and work ethic on the performance of employees of IKM Sentra Industri Keripik Tempe Sanan. The population sampling of this study was 33 employees. The sampling technique used a census and time during the survey period. Questionnaire data collection technique. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and data analysis techniques using a scale range. Organizational culture is categorized as good, work ethic is categorized as high, and performance is categorized as high. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of organizational culture on performance and there is no significant effect of work ethic on performance. Organizational culture variables have a dominant influence on employee performance variables.
