This study is a descriptive case study at the Public Works Department Irrigation Sub Balai PSA in Bojonegoro with the title "Performance Measurement in the Public Works Department Irrigation Sub PSA Central Region Solo River in Bojonegoro Point Of Value For Money Analysis Perspective." The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of the Public Works Department Irrigation Sub PSA Central Region Solo River in Bojonegoro are quite economical, efficient and reasonably sufficient efefktif. Yng analysis tool used to analyze is to use the method of value for money analysis which includes the economic level, the level of efficiency, the level of effectiveness and equity ratios. The results show that the performance at the Public Works Department Irrigation Sub PSA Central Region Solo River in Bojonegoro have said economically, efficiently and effectively. This shows the first level of the economy obtained for less than one hundred percent, with an average value of 99.9%. Second, the level of efficiency that are less than one hundred percent with a value of 99% in 2004 and 99.8% in 2005. The three levels of effectiveness obtained for 1 (one) or 100%. Fourth ratio of revenue growth and expenditure showed the opposite results. On one side of the original revenue increased 8% in 2004 to 129% in 2005. While on the other hand also be balanced with an original cost increase 11% in 2004 to 127% in 2005. This is due to the many activities in 2005 is partly done by the internal and partly by external parties.
