Abstract

The purposes of study are to know the financial activity which consists of EPS, ROE, NPM, DER, and inflation has significance influent toward stock holder cost, and to know the variables of EPS, Roe, NPM, DER, and the variables which has dominant influent toward stock holder cost. The data anlysis were used in this research was double linier aggression by using F and T test. The result of F test could be known in variable EPS, ROE, NPM, DER, and simulation inflation which had significance influent toward stock holder cost in a company which included LQ45 indeks 2003-2007. based on the research, it can be concluded that first hypothesis which was done in this research was acceptable. Based on the result of each regression coefficient of the variables could be explained that the variable of EPS was 108,036; ROE was 127, 613; NPM was 102, 651; DER was -1,252; and inflation was -0,006. It could be conluded that Roe had the most important significance influent toward the stock holder costs in company which included LQ45 indeks 2003-2007.
