Abstract

In its production activity, organization should able to fulfill production target to reach the goal planned. That’s why work maturity and employee’s work productivity in heavy work industry should be fulfilled and how the influence of work performance maturity to the employee work productivity to fulfill the organization’s target. The location was stated in purposive way at PR. HF Prima Malang, since the organization was large worker industry tipe. The research was categorized into survey research with correlational approach. Since the data was found from questionnaire, the data used was primary and secondary data. While data collection technique was done by interview, documentation and questionnaire. Data collection technique was simple random sampling with qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The result showed : 1. Employee work maturity was influenced by age, length of work, experience, and education. It could be seen from validity test of work maturity variable which the validity has value above the r table (0,312) with significance phase 0,05. 2. Employee work productivity was influenced by quality, quantity, and time statement. It could be seen from the validity test of work productivity variable of production department which from the test valued above r table (0,312) with significance phase 0,05. 3. Employee work productivity was influenced by employee work maturity. It could be seen from the Fcount larger than Ftable (1064,484 > 4,08). From the result, there could be concluded that the hypothesis accepted Ha and rejected Ho means that independent variable, that was work maturity (X) to the dependent variable, that was work productivity (Y) was significant. According to regression, there found determination coefficient was 0,965, which means that work maturity variable in explaining the value of employee work productivity 96,5% while the rest 3,5% explained by another variable outside the implicit model in disturbing variable like sex and family load.
