ABSTRACT By seeing phenomenon happened between group of happened relationship which will give perception between dimensions the relation of between group of that is between permanent employees and weekly employee in company. Many happened phenomenon’s emerging in because happened which relationship between employees and also with superior. Harmonious the relation of job(activity will increase self confidence taste leader of trust all strengths of management done by the pre-eminent employees. Here happened a differentiation between permanent employees and weekly employee because visible that employee still work as white collar while weekly employee as harsh employee. a form of relationship which many highlighted in study to the relation of between group of is the relation of minority majority. Majority defined as a group of power; the group assumes normal x'self, while other group is assumed below par and lower because assessed to has certain characteristic; on the basis of the assumption is other group of that experiences exploitation and discrimination. As for this research internal issue formula is how pattern the relation of job(activity between permanent employees with weekly employee of PT. Perhutani Anugerah Kimia (PT. PAK) in sub-province Trenggalek. As for intention of this research that is wish to know how pattern the relation of job(activity between permanent employees and weekly employee of PT. Perhutani Anugerah Kimia (PT. PAK) in sub-province Trenggalek. Method applied in research is qualitative method, location of research in PT. Perhutani Anugerah Kimia (PT. PAK) sub-province Trenggalek becoming population is permanent employee and weekly employee in PT. Perhutani Anugerah Kimia, sample applied in this research is purposive sampling, while data collecting technique in this research is observation, interview and documentation. And in this research also, its the data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive. In this research, theory applied is the symbolic interaksionism theory (George H Mead) and self-concept and organization of social (Ad). Unlimited subyektif definitions at objects in external environment. One of definition problem most importantly faced by man is requirement to define their/his self, especially in its(the relationship with others where they involve in it. In fact possible someone self-concept is object from conscious reflection about x'self is more than one objects any kind of in external environment, including others. While theoretical of symbolic interaksionism focus attention especially at impact of meaning and symbol to action and interaction of man. Result of this research shows pattern the relation of job(activity in 2 form of that is : (1) Pattern the relation of domination employee. (2) Pattern the relation of employee because difference the role or status. Weekly employee can be told as stepchild employee because having difference from permanent employee.
