Language is a sound produced by means of said human being in which there is an implied meaning. Bekasi slang among teens is one of the great diversity of languages that have special characteristics compared to the formal variety of languages. One ke'khas'annya can be seen from the aspect of the form it appears that the slang tends to deviate from the standard language, while from the aspect of slang language functions tend to be used for confidential communications. It makes interesting slang for examination, which is why this study is intended to identify the many forms and functions of language. Research on the form and language functions previously carried out but no one has been slang language among teens taking bekasi as objects of study. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which is a qualitative method is a method used to obtain descriptive data in the form of exposure to language or words based on the form and function. In this case the data to be described is data about Indonesian slang language among teens Bekasi, West Java. To obtain an objective description of form and function, this research uses analytical techniques for data processing. This research data in the form of words and slang speech among adolescents Bekasi showing the form and describe the function of slang language. The data was collected using the method of observation by means of data transcribe the recording. Sources of data in the form of teenagers who use slang Bekasi in tuturannya. Source of data adolescents aged 12-17 years who `set as many as 20 teenagers in porpusive. While the location of observations carried out at the mall, public transportation, schools, bookstores, cafes, restaurants and salons. The results showed the form and function of language which includes categories (1) The form of language based on penjenisan words that form noun, for example: sodokur, my father, my mother, polkis, rokum; adjective, for example: mleki, skut, mupeng, cool, sweet ; verb, for example: entire stock, nyemok, kemek, nyolot, shopping, pronouns, for example: Cui, bow, doi, loe, i; word description, for example: kengejrengan, dibokisin, nombokin; word numbers, for example; Cepek, goceng , goban; and Interjections, for example: busyet. (2) language functions in the form of the function of personal, interpersonal function and the function directive.
