Abstract

The entry of women cigarette factory sector showed that workers female employment is high, especially in the production process. But most of these workers are those who have high levels education and low skills. Their work more relies on accuracy. It certainly is in conformity with the nature women who are generally women are more skilled and more careful in work, compared with men. In the work of women also required to have work productivity, which means it is the process for improve and develop ways, methods and techniques doing something in the cigarette factory to produce something more qualified, qualified and have a new value. So that needs production can be met as a whole. While the work system applied in a cigarette factory was working system wholesale.
