The success of a business entity or enterprise no longer depends on how big the business entity or enterprise, but the extent to which business entity or company is aggressively moving to acquire and create competitive advantage. Many factors affect the success of a business entity or enterprise among other factors and information technology, process and improvement of human resources, increasing efficiency, improved ability to compete and that is no less important is the division of labor of the workers as human resources. Workers as human resources are the primary actors driving the economy which was considered to have the ability to generate competitive advantage. The division of labor or often referred to as devision of labor is one of the important activities in any organization whether it be corporate or business entity. Problems associated with the division of labor to what extent intertwined with whether the work was specialized to arrive at a level and the ability to divide the work among multiple job holders in the main advantage of the organization itself. The division of labor is a process describes the work into small parts which generate specialization of job functions and cause the talent and ability not possessed by any person but only possessed by certain people only. The study was a descriptive study with qualitative approaches. The subjects of this study were 12 men who is the coordinator of the plant and the personnel who carried out a purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data from this study by observation, interview and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is the technique of domain analysis. From these results, it is known that the division of labor diperkebunan Jatirono terspesialisasikan cocoa plantation on certain parts that caused the talent and ability possessed only by certain people only. The thing to be considered in the division of labor is the level of education, skills and work experience, and anything else that can support the work system is running well among komonikasi and coordination that is always done between superiors and subordinates. The workers have a fairly high dependence on oil in terms of subsistence, because it's so far, they hung around his living from the wages of plantation, forcing them to become the best by continuing to follow the rule of the plantation, although sometimes still accompanied by the occurrence of the function latent in its implementation. To control the plantation workers' party set the rules and sanctions for those who break them. Plantation Jatirono also give guidance to workers, in order for workers to be better than previously, in the form of insight coaching, training, advice and motivation. With low levels of latent functions that occur, proving that the system of division of labor in the plantation has been going well.
