Abstract
China become a big country because of its economic power through its industrialization. Though it is one of the key to improve their economic growth, manufacturing industrial came with the consequence of high oil comsumption. China domestic production of energy cannot fulfill their needs. So that, China depend on international import of energy from the countries with big oil production. Clearly, it is not only from one country, in order to decrease the political risk that may accidently come between them in the future. That is one of the reason why China depend its need of oil from many countries, including Africa and Asia Pasific continent. But, the new problem was when the exporter countries control their import since the unsafe condition Strait of Malacca, such as robbery and the big wave. This problem could disturb industrialization process and its other activity. The China once again forced to made an alternative way to continue the process. And the idea of Myanmar came out because China though Myanmar has the important role to save the line and canalize oil import with the built of oil pipeline in that area.
