Abstract

The following research was conducted to find and analyze the impact of compensation on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. The following research applies quantitative methods. The data collection technique in the following research uses a questionnaire through Google Form. A sample of 34 respondents was conducted using saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is path analysis and sobel testing. The research results found that compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, besides that work motivation can mediate the impact of compensation on employee performance.
