The more the collapsed Indonesian socio-economic conditions due to the unavailability of jobs, causing many emerging industry sector is one industry that is engaged in services. Many people need jobs, but employment is limited so that the service industry (sex services) be an alternative that can be expected to be a source of income. The presence of the service industry (sex services) or who are often assumed to society as a brothel prostitution, of course, will take effect on social behavior changes in society. This is given the vast area of the service industry (sex services) and the large number of Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) is domiciled mingle with housing residents. Based on these phenomena the authors are interested to do research on the topic Phenomenon Industrial Services (Services Sex) on Change of Social Behaviour (Study On the Community Gang Dolly Surabaya), with the formulation of the problem of how phenomenon services industry (sex services) at the Society Gang Dolly Surabaya? And how the shape changes in social behavior Gang Dolly Surabaya? This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to understand the basis of a phenomenon and its relevance in the present, with the subject of the research consisted of commercial sex workers and people who are competent Gang Dolly with research topics, using purposive sampling technique in the determination of the sample, while data mining is done by the interview method , observation and documentation, and research sites in Gang Dolly Surabaya, with the use of descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques.
