Abstract
Employee career development is a business / activity done to improve individual / personal improvement of employees to reached a career plan through a predetermined career path company. Career development is no longer here as a promotion or position higher, but the psychological success, which is proud or happy feelings upon the achievement of a goal in life is not limited to the achievement work that is usually reflected from kenaiakan salary or promotion. In other words people have the ability to grow he will feel proud and satisfied with the results of these efforts.
