Salon is place which give service of hair caring and entire our body that give a little optimism to people which want to have a beautiful face and interesting performance. Along time ago, salons were dominated by women to have a beautiful performance. But, the fact, someone who come to salon just not a women only now but there are many men/boy who come to salon to have a interesting performance. One of all their reason are their jobs that need optimal performance such as accountant, lawyer, customer service. A customer service have important function in bank because their task to give information service concerning bank to customer candidate. Thus it is important for them to have a interesting performance and confidence. A men more be clever to make up because the good performance is ticket to be able be accept in many place without lost their self and then it will be give confidence, because they consider that physic caring which be done in salon one of all manner to have interesting performance and confidence. By the way, writer want to know correlation among confidence with intensy to salon for men. This study is correctional study by using quantitative approach, the goal of this study to test correlation among variable which be hypothesized. This study was carried out in BNI, BCA, Jatim, Permata, Muammalat Bank of Branch Malang by sample about 30 people. The sample taking use incidental sampling. The data collecting method use confidence scale by intensy scale to salon. The data processing result by using product moment correlation show that correlation coefficient (r) = -0.628 and alpha p = 0.000. By value p < 0.01, it may be conclude that there are negative correlation to men. This gives meaning that higher confidence, it will give effect to men to more little to go to salon, beside that lower confidence will give effect to men to more often to go to salon. There are effective aid of confidence variable to intensy to salon for men about 39.4%, while the residual about 60.6% come from other variable.
