Do this kind of research is the survey research, where researchers conducted observations in data collection conducted at PT. Presstres Pacific Indonesia in Sidoarjo with research title is: "Influence of self-discipline to work productivity of employees at PT. Presstres Pacific Indonesia in Sidoarjo. " The purpose of this study is the first, to know the discipline of production employees at PT. Presstres Pacific Indonesia in Sidoarjo. Second, to determine the productivity of the production employees at PT. Presstres Pacific Indonesia in Sidoarjo. Third, to find a significant influence between the discipline to work productivity of employees at PT. Presstres Pacific Indonesia in Sidoarjo. Usefulness of research to be achieved, especially for a company expected to serve as input for the company in rnagka to conduct employee discipline. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then the following conclusion can be drawn from analysis of a range of scales that measured the level of employee discipline of order into the category of attendance is very high. Discipline employees who measured discipline the use of equipment into the category of employees is very high. Based on the calculation of average labor productivity of variable scale ranges indicate that the labor productivity of production employees at PT. Presstres Pacific Indonesia is categorized is very high, with an average score of 293.75, or included in the 294-361 range (very high). Test results by partial and simultaneously to prove that the work discipline employees that includes the presence of (X1), regulatory compliance variable (X2), the variable use of equipment (X3), the responsibility variable (X4) significantly affects the productivity of employees working on production parts PT. Presstres Pacific Indonesia in Sidoarjo. This is evidenced by simultaneous test showed that the value of F count> Ftable (71.614> 2.370), while the test is partially evidenced by the value t count> ttable (X1 = 2.702, X2 = 4.986, X3 = X4 = 3.039 and 3.802 at 1.980 while ttable . After studying, analyzing and concluded from the results of the study, it proposed several suggestions are as follows: the company is expected to establish regulations to disseminate to employees is always the hope that its employees can always be obedient and obey the above rules set. Form of socialization that is by involving representatives of employees in determining policy related directly to the employee. In order to further improve the discipline of employees expected the company to provide a tough sanctions if there are employees who leave work without the clear consent of the employee concerned.
