This research represents research with title “The Analysis of Service Quality in Local Public Hospital Gunung Jati Cirebon”. The objective of this research is to know how service quality in Local Public Hospital Gunung Jati Cirebon and satisfaction of consumer RSUD Gunung Jati Cirebon. Analyzer used in this research is analysis method of necessary level and satisfaction of consumer. Where data to be processed by method of analyzer first by validity and reliability test. Base on research output was conducted, obtained conclusion that: from 15 factors used to measure performance of RSUD Gunung Jati Cirebon there are 2 factors become main attention from consumer, but in the implementation didn’t appropriate with hope of consumer. Nevertheless, that factor still need to be established on the implementation. Whereas on the future, all factor are important in giving the best service to consumer. So that it still keep to be increased. Then, to satisfaction of consumer 91% said satisfy toward service was given by RSUD Gunung Jati Cirebon.
