Abstract

This research is study do in Indonesia with title “Foreign Investment Analysis and Quantity Of Money Circulate to Economic Develop in Indonesia” The goal of this research is to find how much foreign investment contribution and quantity of money circulate to Domestic Product Bruto (PDB) also to find there are foreign investment influence and quantity of money circulate to Domestic Product Bruto (PDB) in Indonesia Analysis tool was in use to find the big influence foreign investment contribution and quantity of money circulate to the growth economic in Indonesia is two linear regresi test with two way statistic test is t and f test. There is a measure who use to determine independent variable like foreign investment and quality of money circulate influence dependent variable like PBD is if f value stat > f table, then if f – stat > t – table, so that influence to dependent variable. The counting result with sample regresi analysis is: for foreign investment in t –test variable PDB. Show result t – stat is 2.101 > t – table is 2.00 for quantity of money circulate in t – test variable is 2.00 and in f – test the result is f – stat about 72.923 and f – table is 3.17 in other word f – stat > f table meaning is free variable (x! and x2) at the seam time to development PDB is significant. From simple regresi analysis result t test and f test which fit with the measure been use, and it influence to dominance growth PDB in Indonesia. Based on conclusion above, and writer can implication that investment better to level of again according to state capability rather than quantity of money circulate in which if to over it will cause to the inflation.
